No Power of Attorney is required for renewing patents, trademarks and designs in Turkey. Recordals in other countries are subject to the official requirements of those countries and we will be happy to provide any documents ready to execute upon request.
In Turkey, the following documents are needed for recording changes:
Assignment Deed notarized and legalized by apostille. Note that signatures of both assignor and assignee should be notarized and legalized.
An official extract of chamber of commerce, court or companies registry. Original is required but if patent or trademark attorney approves the copy declared the same as original, no original ls required to be submitted.

License Agreement notarized and legalized by apostille is required. Note that signatures of both assignor and assignee should be notarized and legalized.
